Box Hill Public & High School

As part of the Early Works, NSW Department of Education (DoE)engaged Antoun’s Construction to undertake the demolition, site clearing andremediation works at 50 & 52 Terry Road, Box Hill.

The work completed included:

·       Siteestablishment, security and hoarding installation.

·       Removaland disposal of hazardous materials, incuding asbestos.

·       Airmonitoring, reporting and associated clearance certificates.

·       MajorServices disconnection

·       Sediment& Erosion Control

·       Aboriginaland heritage protection.

·       New waterand electrical installation and connection.

·       Demolitionof the existing structures

·       Remediationof the site area.

·       Levellingthe site area in preparation for the main works contractor.
