This project involved bulk earthworks, civil works, servicing and landscaping, lead in road and major asset upgrades. This involved the reconstruction of 300m of Orchard Street and Fern Creek Roads including the upgrade of existing water mains, HV electrical, NBN and gas. The internal subdivision consisted of 20 low density lots and 1 high density lot. The project included:

• Construction of an OSD tank including installation of stormwater 360 units
• Stormwater reticulation including pits, both internal and external to the subdivision, including outlet into a waterway
• Installation of all water, sewer, gas, electrical and communication reticulation
• Construction of both rigid and flexible pavements including all pedestrian footpaths and driveway cross overs
• Construction of sandstone retaining walls
