This project was the final stage of NSW Government $340 million upgrade of Schofields Road, between Windsor Road and Richmond Road. The work area has significant sensitive receivers which were considered in the planning of the works stages, to ensure minimal disturbance was caused by the works. The work package was completed in two stages to accommodate the clients planned roadworks.

All the works were completed to RMS standard and specifications, these works included:

• Demolition and clearing of 16 residential properties
• Asbestos and hazardous building materials management, removal and disposal off site
• Provision of all necessary HSEQ documentation
• Material classification sampling and reporting, removal of contaminated soil, site remediation and validation
